YOUR OPERATOR. YOUR LEGACY.
Terms of Use
Effective October 28, 2026
Odin’s Command currently offers an adult pilot for saving airsoft operator profiles, gear and loadouts. Demonstration events and progression previews do not establish real bookings or earned credentials.
Using Odin’s Command
These terms govern your use of odinscommand.com, operated by Alphalight Capital. By creating an operator or using account features, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not create or continue using an operator account. Questions can be sent to support@odinscommand.com.
Eligibility and account security
Adult operator and Parent Command accounts are for people aged 18 or older. Do not allow a child to use your adult account. Junior sign-in is available through verified parent accounts and requires live verification and launch configuration. Once enabled, the limited US junior pilot requires a parent or legal guardian to complete live adult verification, read the Parent Notice and separately consent for each child before creating a private junior profile. The parent is responsible for managing the child’s generated sign-in ID and access code and may revoke consent or delete the profile in Parent Command. This initial junior release provides a full private dashboard, operator card, gear inventory, loadouts, sample-operation and sample-squad preferences, progression history, Recon Challenge, training gym, Zombie Siege and shooting range, with optional directory and shared squad rosters requiring separate parent permission, and without chat or purchases. Scored games award limited daily XP; unlimited practice awards no XP. Recon and gym activities have their own daily XP limits. The limited founder family pilot allows a parent or legal guardian to manage a private callsign-only junior record; the parent must provide the information themselves and must not upload a child’s real name, photo, email or birth date. Provide accurate eligibility confirmations and use an email or Google account you control. Keep your account secure, do not share login codes, and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access.
What the pilot provides
You can create and edit an operator, organize gear and loadouts, and choose whether to appear in a member directory. You can also play the daily Recon Challenge and earn mission XP. Eligible founders can create a private parent-managed family squad and claim the specified historical participation credit. Features may change as the pilot develops. Sample operations, squad selections, RSVPs, achievements and subscription screens may demonstrate future features. A sample RSVP does not reserve a place, buy a ticket, or register you with an actual venue. Daily Recon Challenges award 25 mission XP per correct answer, up to 100 XP from one scored attempt per operator per UTC day. The server calculates scores and records awards. Mission XP contributes to operator levels and is distinct from verified field participation. Reported historical credit is labeled separately from verified field XP. A founder or parent report is not a field’s confirmation. The approved attendance policy is 1,000 XP per completed four-hour session, limited to two credited sessions per player per local field day. Live field check-in and staff approval are not currently enabled, and ordinary attendance submissions do not automatically receive XP. Operator roles, ranks and badges are game features, not professional qualifications or evidence of combat, medical or safety training.
No paid subscription is activated or charged by the current pilot. Any future paid service will show its price and applicable terms before you choose to purchase it.
Your content and permissions
You keep ownership of content you submit. You give us permission to store, process, back up and display it as needed to provide the service and carry out your visibility choices. This includes showing directory fields to other signed-in pilot participants when you opt in. You must have permission to use submitted text and images. Do not upload confidential, highly sensitive or unlawful material.
Changing visibility or deleting an operator stops future display of the active record, but does not retrieve copies someone else has already made. Backup and provider retention are described in our Privacy Policy.
Community conduct
Do not impersonate people, harass or threaten others, post hateful or unlawful content, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, or use the service to plan unlawful conduct. Do not attempt to access another person’s account, bypass access controls, scrape member data, interfere with the service, or falsify attendance, awards or progression records, or use scripts, automated answer tools, or multiple accounts to farm mission rewards. We may remove content or limit accounts when reasonably necessary to address abuse, protect users or comply with law.
Airsoft and third parties
Odin’s Command is a profile platform and is not a substitute for a field’s rules, event registration, safety briefing or trained supervision. Follow venue rules, applicable laws, equipment instructions and required protective equipment. Information on the site does not certify equipment safety or a player’s abilities. Google and other third-party services have their own terms and privacy policies. Reference to a field, brand or product does not by itself establish a partnership or endorsement.
Availability and responsibility
This pilot is provided on an as-available basis. We aim to keep it useful and secure but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or permanent preservation of data. Keep an exported backup of information important to you. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not provide warranties beyond those expressly stated or legally required. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Leaving the service
You can stop using the service at any time. Use Settings to export your operator or delete its active profile, mission attempts, award records and private family records. Separate Parent Command profiles, consents and sessions are reviewed, exported or deleted in Parent Command. Deleting the operator does not delete Parent Command or your authentication record; contact support@odinscommand.com to request removal of that record. We may suspend or end access for misuse, security concerns, legal requirements or discontinuation of the pilot. Where reasonably practicable, we will provide notice of a service discontinuation and an opportunity to export data.
Updates and contact
We may revise these terms as features develop. We will update the effective date and communicate material changes through the site or an appropriate account notice. Continuing to use account features after notified changes take effect indicates acceptance of the updated terms. For support, content concerns or account requests, contact support@odinscommand.com.
Optional junior directory and squad sharing
A verified parent may separately allow their child to choose directory visibility and join a shared squad by invitation code. The signed-in directory includes adult operators and parent-approved junior operators. Only the junior’s fictional callsign, role, level and squad name are shared. Squad members, including adults, can see these fields on their roster even if the directory listing is private. No sign-in ID, access code, real name, age, email, photo, location, gear, parent association or individual activity history is shared. We store the permission and its notice version, verification reference and timestamps, visibility choice and membership. Permission is optional and can be withdrawn in Parent Command; withdrawal removes the active listing and membership without ending private play. Child deletion removes the active permission and membership. Other participants may have copied previously shared information. Adults can create squads, share invitation codes and dissolve their squads. No messaging, squad competition scoring or leaderboards are enabled. Read the separate notice within Parent Command before approving sharing. Contact support@odinscommand.com for privacy or content concerns.
Ad Rewards design preview
The collection preview allows cosmetic blueprint pieces to be activated at the displayed requirement and extra pieces of an activated cosmetic to be exchanged for preview credits at the displayed rate. These actions affect the preview collection only and never redeem cash or real-world goods.
Ad Rewards currently offers a preview only. No advertisements or purchases run through it. Preview credits, fragments and cosmetic examples cannot be spent, traded, redeemed, transferred into gameplay or counted toward career XP, Conditioning, rank or competitive results. They may be cleared before launch. The Command Card toggle demonstrates a proposed membership experience and does not purchase or activate a subscription. Five daily preview claims and a ten-minute cooldown demonstrate the proposed limits. Live advertising, membership pricing and benefits require a separate launch and applicable disclosures.
